Provide written communication on economy/efficiency of operations, quality control, scheduling, and client relationships
Work with HR to recruit, interview, select, hire and employ appropriate number of employees
Refer consumer complaints to appropriate authorities and ensure timely resolution; train employees on conflict resolution

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of leadership experience in electric, water, and/or gas meter installation management
Upon hire, candidate must complete and pass all Pipeline Operator Qualification (OQ) training
Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management or Business Administration (nice to have)
2+ years of experience in electric, water, and/or gas meter installation management or a similar supervisory role (nice to have)
1 year of continuous work with the same employer and/or 6 or more months working outdoors (nice to have)
Ability to multi-task and work independently and as a team
Exceptional flexibility in daily routines
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with management and customers
Ability to interact with unhappy or negative customers in a professional manner
Excellent attention to detail for problem solving and finding
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 360 (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Drug/alcohol testing is required per non-regulatory and Federal DOT regulations (as applicable)
