About the role
- Drive customer retention and expansion by analyzing customer metrics and identifying growth opportunities
- Work directly with clients and prospects to increase revenue and client satisfaction
- Manage client and prospect communications via multiple channels with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
- Conduct software demos and create customized assessments for new and existing clients
- Manage various admin, testing, and processing duties as needed
- Work directly with the founders and operators of Agolix
Requirements
- Self-starter looking for a long-term, part-time opportunity with flexible hours (15-30 hours per week typically between 8am-5pm, ET)
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS customer facing role
- Growth mindset and experience in improving client outcomes
- Natural consultative communicator who builds trust and uncovers customer needs with positivity and enthusiasm
- Technical aptitude with software tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Slack, Trello and Zoom
- Bonus: experience with WordPress, Canva, ActiveCampaign, Stripe
- Bonus: experience with marketing automation tools and customer data analysis
