About the role
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting on insurance needs to match coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Represent the Liberty Mutual brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.
- Work remotely from home with provided equipment and a flexible schedule; complete paid training and licensing.
- Maintain professional workspace with reliable internet; comply with WAH requirements.
- Demonstrate integrity and customer-centric closing of sales while meeting performance expectations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred.
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training will be provided if you do not currently hold a license.
- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (e.g., 11am-8pm CST).
- Work at home requirements: dedicated workspace, wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps down, 20 Mbps up).
