Support Brand Strategy Director with the development of Swiftly’s strategic narrative across top CPG accounts, aligning retail media solutions with client business goals and category dynamics
Support content development for RFPs, pitches, customized Joint Business Planning (JBP) materials, and go-to-market materials, leveraging 1P data, shopper insights, and category trends to demonstrate impact, with oversight from Brand Strategy Director and support from design
Project manage brand strategy requests from cross-functional partners, and maintain a centralized library of sales materials and retailer-specific mockups to support high-impact, tailored pitches
Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Product Marketing, and Analytics to craft compelling, insight-driven presentations tailored to key verticals (e.g. beverages, snacks, personal care)
Collaborate with Insights and Product Marketing to shape custom research initiatives and strategic proof points that elevate Swiftly’s positioning in the retail media ecosystem
Develop scalable toolkits, frameworks, and sales materials that reflect the latest product capabilities, use cases, and success stories, enabling consistent storytelling across teams and ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals
Stay ahead of CPG and retail media trends, competitive positioning, and evolving KPIs to inform Swiftly’s differentiation and strategic approach

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience supporting brand strategy or B2B marketing programs, ideally within retail media, CPG, or performance-driven environments
Familiarity with RFP processes, including strategic proposal development and collaboration across Sales, Insights, and Design
Informed by a strong understanding of media innovation and evolving trends across digital, in-store, mobile, and CPG advertising
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for brand, agency, and internal audiences
Visual communicator with an eye for design; proficient in PowerPoint or other presentation tools (such as Pitch) to develop compelling sales narratives
Highly organized self-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables at any given time
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
