Form a strong two-way collaboration with other product teams and product managers, finding opportunities in areas of underlap and in shared challenges, including both customer-facing product surface area and internal challenges like process & tooling around usage analytics, user feedback, roadmapping, and success measurement.

Requirements
You are a seasoned software Product Manager with 5+ years in product management.
B2B web experience required; consumer experience a plus.
You’re excited to work on areas like identity and access management, APIs and MCPs, localization, accessibility, or enterprise-readiness. Knowledge and experience of those areas is a major plus.
You have a track record of taking successful products and growing their impact through horizontal initiatives like those above. You’ve found your success in making the whole organization successful.
You have extensive experience collaborating with designers and engineers in an iterative, continuous-discovery and continuous-delivery environment.
You have extensive experience collaborating with diverse groups of customers and customer-facing teams to go beyond feature requests and deeply understand needs and constraints.
You’ve been accountable for the customer and business outcomes of your products. You measure success, learn from your failure, and have the data to prove it.
You delight users to solve customer problems to grow the business, and you bring others along that journey through vision, evidence, and persuasive communication.
You’re proactive about ongoing learning and keep up with industry developments; you have likely been playing with various AI/LLM products and found some useful ways to integrate them into your workflow or even your products.
You care a lot about making public transit better, in the US and around the world.
