About the role
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Virtual Primary Care (VPC) product
- Visibly lead and own the Primary Care product
- In partnership with Operations, own the P&L of the Virtual Primary Care product offering
- Represent the product in executive discussions, client meetings, and industry forums
- Act as a bridge-builder across all care verticals
- Identify opportunities to expand capabilities and improve care quality
- Collaborate closely with Clinical team to design and deliver tooling to support clinical workflows
- Lead evaluation of EHR partnership strategy
- Ensure timely execution of initiatives, managing tradeoffs across scope, resources, and business objectives
- Conduct ongoing user discovery and research to inform a prioritized roadmap
Requirements
- Advanced degree preferred
- 7-10+ years in clinical product, with senior subject matter expertise in the virtual healthcare space
- Experience in virtual care, primary care, telehealth, and/or care delivery models strongly preferred
- Robust clinical background building clinical products at scale, with proven success leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives from strategy to launch and iterative evolution
- Depth of expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and technical integrations
- Track record of building successful ecosystems of integrated tooling, connecting third-party technology with homegrown systems
- Intuitive familiarity with regulatory environment, including HIPAA, provider licensing, and security standards for patient privacy and safety
- Familiarity and fluency with AI applications in a healthcare setting
