About the role
- Serve as the voice of the customers
- Owns the Product Vision, Product Roadmap and Product Backlog
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product
- Help to define the short and long-term roadmap for an eCommerce platform
- Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories)
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes
- Create, prioritize, develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
- Perform UAT on a daily basis
- Identifies and helps the team understand the business model, value and value proposition
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features
Requirements
- At least 8 + years of total tech experience
- Must have Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience (system configurations, settings and workflow management)
- Excellent experience as a product owner
- Creative, strategic thinker
- Product Management experience
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions
- Highly Desirable: Experience with other eCommerce platforms (Magento, Commercetools, Shopify)
- Remote work location
- Work with a US leader in Salesforce consulting and digital transformation
- Contract position for 12+ months
