Implementation Specialist

• Own implementations end-to-end: kickoff → configuration → data migration → training → launch readiness → go-live
• Manage 5–10 concurrent implementations with strong prioritization and clean project tracking
• Lead structured customer calls: drive timelines, set expectations, prevent scope creep, and keep stakeholders aligned
• Build and execute implementation plans, checklists, and milestones — while proactively improving them over time
• Anticipate risks early, escalate with context, and create mitigation plans before issues impact go-live
• Partner cross-functionally with Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management for smooth handoffs and issue resolution
• Become increasingly comfortable with datasets and migrations (imports/exports, validation, accuracy checks)
• Travel to customer locations as needed (often 3–4 trips/month currently) for onsite training, go-lives, and high-touch implementations

Product Manager

• As a Product Owner, you will start with understanding the business goals and processes, explore competitors, review backlog and contribute to the features delivery processes. You'll also closely collaborate with the other teams and work together on the cross-team projects.
• Business Analysis: Elicitate requirements, propose solutions, describe requirements to the dev team, prepare acceptance criteria.
• Team Building & Leadership: Hire, assemble, and guide a cross-functional team of developers, QAs, and other specialists. Collaboration with the team lead to ensure synergy and productivity within the team.

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Analysts, helping them grow technically and strategically

Product Analytics Lead

Support Engineer

• Develop a deep understanding of Sweed’s products, features, functionality, and integrations
• Handle customer issues across multiple channels (email, live chat, phone — inbound and outbound), escalating when needed
• Use internal documentation and external resources to resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our service desk system
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using all relevant tools
• Take full ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution
• Stay up to date with product releases, internal processes, and best practices
• Execute tasks as directed by senior team members and contribute to continuous improvement

Technical Support Specialist

• Own vision & strategy for Client Reporting - Define a clear, long-term strategy for dashboards, reports, and analytical interfaces used by our customers.
• Lead the Reporting product area - Manage priorities, roadmap, and backlog for reporting functionality, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Drive discovery with customers - Speak regularly with customers in English, deeply understand their workflows and reporting needs, run interviews, demos, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with data & engineering teams - Work closely with the Data, ML, Analytics and engineering teams to align product opportunities with data and platform capabilities.
• Ensure execution and quality - Make sure dashboards and reports are understandable, accurate, reliable, and actually used by customers, not just shipped as features.
• Define and track product metrics - Define and monitor key product metrics (adoption, usage, retention, NPS, impact on customer outcomes) and use them to guide decisions.

Data Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Airflow, and Trino to ingest and process data from multiple systems (databases, APIs, event streams, 3rd-party integrations).
• Improve data quality and reliability – implement monitoring, validation, and alerting for pipelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain the platform – deploy, monitor and maintain services in our aws cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – work closely with Product Analytics, Data Architecture, and Engineering teams to define data requirements and deliver them effectively.
• Optimize performance and cost – fine-tune queries, pipelines, and storage for speed and efficiency.
• Document data assets – maintain clear documentation for data sources, pipelines, and models.

SEO Marketing

• Resolve client SEO issues: ranking problems, internal linking, schema markup, indexing, and crawlability
• Implement SEO fixes and improvements in collaboration with engineering and product teams
• Own technical and on-page SEO for Sweed's websites and landing pages to grow organic traffic
• Monitor and optimize SEO performance using Google Search Console and analytics platforms
• Research and define strategies for AI-driven search optimization (AI overviews, answer engines, "AI SEO")
• Shape Sweed's SEO offering: frameworks, dashboards, monitoring tools, and self-service concepts
• Stay current on SEO trends and translate them into actionable initiatives
• Communicate findings and results to stakeholders and occasionally join client conversations

SEO Specialist

Ecommerce

• Own eCommerce product vision & strategy: Define a long-term vision and strategy for digital commerce experiences (online ordering, pickup/delivery flows, in-store kiosks), aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Lead and grow PM team: Coach, mentor, and set direction for Product Managers; support hiring, onboarding, performance, and development.
• Build and maintain a strategic roadmap: Create a clear, outcome-driven roadmap; communicate priorities and tradeoffs to executives and cross-functional partners.
• Partner with leadership & stakeholders: Work closely with VP of Product, CEO, Customer Success, Sales/Account teams, and Engineering leadership to align priorities and guide decisions.
• Drive discovery and prioritization: Lead customer research, problem framing, and solution discovery; ensure prioritization is grounded in customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
