About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in product discussions, planning, and technical design.
- Build and evolve integration flows between admin and client-facing applications.
- Refactor legacy code and improve architecture incrementally.
- Review pull/merge requests and mentor where helpful.
- Contribute to shared UI/core libraries used across portal and ECOM apps.
- Drive the evolution of our public UI component library across client-facing channels.
- Use AI tools effectively - write good prompts, build skills/agents/automations, and keep humans in the loop on quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of frontend experience in a product company.
- Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals.
- Comfortable with React Context and async data layers (TanStack Query or similar).
- Good grasp of SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and hydration concepts.
- Solid testing habits (unit + E2E).
- Engineering mindset — pragmatic trade-offs, attention to performance, accessibility, and DX.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalents) and a thoughtful approach to where they help vs. where they need oversight.
- Bonus: experience writing custom agents/skills/MCP integrations, OpenAPI-driven codegen, observability tooling, or working in a large legacy codebase under refactor.
