Accounts Receivable

• Dispute Resolution: Own the full lifecycle of complex AR disputes (pricing, freight/commission, invoice accuracy, contract terms) — from intake through root-cause investigation, cross-functional resolution, and customer close-out.
• Root Cause & Process Improvement: Partner with Sourcing, Commercial Teams, IT, and Supply Chain Ops to identify systemic causes of recurring disputes and design/implement process or system fixes that prevent recurrence.
• Collections Management: Drive timely customer payment against terms; ensure any disputed amounts are flagged and documented by the customer within agreed timelines rather than silently aging past due.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary AR point of contact for internal stakeholders (Commercial, Sourcing, IT) and external customer finance/AP contacts on escalated items.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop AR/Collections team members, including workload prioritization, coaching on dispute handling, and performance management.
• Reporting & Metrics: Maintain AR aging, DSO, dispute-aging, and root-cause trend reporting for Controller/CFO review; flag emerging risk to cash flow or covenant-relevant metrics.
• Policy & Controls: Help formalize dispute-handling and collections policies/SLAs (with customers and internally) to standardize timely notification and resolution expectations.
• Audit & Compliance Support: Support external audit, internal controls, and any litigation-related discovery requests requiring AR transaction detail or dispute documentation.

Accounts Receivable Collections Lead

Planner

• Develops a rolling production schedule for kitting initiatives, support account / customer driven programing, proper work requisitions, and with focus on WIP management and cost to serve.
• Maintains strong relationships and works closely and collaborates with account teams, kitting team, operations team and Customer to support requirements around kitting initiatives.
• Will support and drive replenishments and short-term product deployment leveraging statistical modeling such as pull-replenishment at the distribution level.
• Collaborates with SIOP, executive leadership, finance, procurement, account, demand planner, and Warehouse teams to ensure that all demand plans are in alignment from a distribution-level perspective.
• Delivers the confirmed unconstrained unit forecast at the appropriate level to the supply planning and purchasing / procurement.
• Works closely with the Demand planning, account, kitting and purchasing teams to understand supply issues and potential mitigation issues.
• Look at opportunities to gain efficiencies, additional scale, and approach operation with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Manage and maintain forecasting and demand planning systems and software.
• Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process

Capacity Planner

General

• Enter and manage orders in ERP systems with complete and accurate details
• Create and maintain item records within the system
• Validate all order components for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Attach and verify artwork files and approved proofs
• Create replenishment quotes for Account Director (AD) approval and process orders upon approval
• Manage production from order receipt through billing

Order Management Specialist

Account Manager

• The main responsibility of the Account Manager is to establish and maintain the relationship between the client and Supplylogic through many areas of the account.
• Initiate the concepts of design & creative, while finalizing the complete production of projects from the beginning stages throughout the completion.
• Managing the national accounts through a consistent presence at the various customer locations, as well as the ongoing quality control measures at our supply-chain partners manufacturing facilities.
• Understands and supports the Account Executive with all projects and services available through Supplylogic.
• Assumes full responsibility for assigned customer accounts.
• Independently performs the functions of an Account Manager with no guidance from the Account Executive.
• Must have a proven track record for clearing up discrepancies in a timely manner, keeping the open order report clean, consistently calls on client to maintain a proactive and productive workflow.
• Initiates contact and consults with customers concerning their needs and the benefits of the services we provide.
• Confers with customers to verify service satisfaction.
• Empowered to resolve customer complaints or other concerns.
• Uses independent judgment to develop specs, compute and quote customer specific pricing, orders for new and current client needs.
• Reviews past orders and current accounts to generate ideas for expanding services to client.
• Looks for ways to increase profitability on orders and implements them after coordinating with the Account Executive.
• Establishes payment schedules with client.

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and technology roadmaps.

• Drive modernization initiatives including cloud transformation, API enablement, and platform consolidation.
• Provide architectural guidance for .NET-based systems, integrations, APIs, and microservices.

Ecommerce

• Lead the eCommerce Solutions Consultant team across both B2B and B2C platform engagements, with clear ownership boundaries, defined roles, documented priorities, measurable expectations, and accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Lead team execution by partnering with Project Managers on project scoping, effort estimation, technical feasibility, prioritization, and resource planning. The team operates in a hybrid environment that incorporates waterfall and agile methodologies, with an emphasis on improving delivery predictability, visibility, and follow-through.
• Own the eCommerce platform delivery lifecycle, from requirements validation through configuration, customization, testing, launch, post-launch optimization, and ongoing operational support.
• Partner directly with internal business stakeholders (Customer Success, Account Management, Sales) and customers to elicit, document, and validate customer requirements. Translate business needs into platform configurations and technical solutions, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, properly scoped, and aligned with platform capabilities before development work begins.
• Contribute to hands-on technical work as necessary, including writing and reviewing SQL queries against databases, reading, reviewing, developing, troubleshooting, and providing technical direction on .NET customizations, validating and estimating technical solutions before client commitment, and participating in architecture and design reviews.
• Partner with the VP of Applications, VP of Development, and QA Lead to establish, document, and enforce repeatable delivery processes, including discovery templates, configuration standards, testing protocols, launch checklists, handoff procedures, intake processes, prioritization practices, and delivery status reporting.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Account Management on an ongoing basis to serve existing customers, including managing programs such as pop-up shops, seasonal merchandise launches, and similar campaigns, site maintenance, issue resolution, and enhancements while balancing customer commitments with team capacity and platform constraints.
• Develop and coach team members, including structured cross-training across the four supported platforms, technical skill development, career progression planning, performance feedback, and accountability for individual delivery commitments.
• Operate effectively in a fully remote environment, including building team cohesion across distributed locations, running structured virtual team meetings, and maintaining strong written communication and documentation habits.
