About the role
- Own product strategy in partnership with the CEO to extend product-market fit and accelerate growth
- Frame key strategy questions and build a roadmap for team and enterprise products
- Define product positioning across single-player vs multiplayer, SMB vs enterprise, and solution deepening vs marketing widening
- Improve core product through customer discovery, domain expertise, user feedback, and analytics
- Champion core values and product philosophy, pushing for exceptional quality and delight
- Execute product strategy with Head of Engineering and Head of Design; manage scope, UX, and timelines
- Build and lead a high-performing, AI-fluent product organization; recruit, retain, and develop talent
- Make AI a daily habit across planning, execution, and review; redesign top workflows with AI at the core
- Track and drive key metrics: user growth, ARR, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, NPS, satisfaction, launch dates, shipping velocity, and shipping quality
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years of experience leading product teams
- Track record of delivering products that set a very high bar for user experience
- Experience working as a product leader on a product that is critical to the success of the company
- AI-First Operator: embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making
- Customer-Centered Innovator: redesign experiences to create AI-native magic
- Detail-Oriented and metric-driven: know numbers and metrics about your business in great detail
- Low ego and results-driven leadership; strong coaching and prioritization skills
- Async Communicator: highly proficient in written communication and long-form documents
- Willingness/ability to work out of San Francisco hub at least 3x/week (hybrid)
