• Own product strategy in partnership with the CEO to extend product-market fit and accelerate growth
• Frame key strategy questions and build a roadmap for team and enterprise products
• Define product positioning across single-player vs multiplayer, SMB vs enterprise, and solution deepening vs marketing widening
• Improve core product through customer discovery, domain expertise, user feedback, and analytics
• Champion core values and product philosophy, pushing for exceptional quality and delight
• Execute product strategy with Head of Engineering and Head of Design; manage scope, UX, and timelines

QA Engineer

• Champion quality in your pod by partnering with teammates to define and deliver product experiences
• Plan and execute manual testing for new features and releases
• Build tools and processes to make it easy for others to contribute to testing
• Verify code changes and run regression testing as needed
• Continuously improve test processes and tools
• Own and drive bug fixes: lead weekly bug triage, document and prioritize issues
• Investigate and resolve issues that don’t require code changes, including debugging single-user problems
• Track bug fixes within the pod and help ensure timely resolution
• Expand test automation: contribute to Playwright test coverage and guide automation focus for maximum impact

• Drive Superhuman's upmarket expansion by consistently achieving higher average contract values through strategic deal structuring and comprehensive solution selling.
• Navigate complex sales cycles with mid market organizations, managing multiple stakeholders and approval processes.
• Execute a value-based selling approach, positioning Superhuman's solutions based on customer impact and ROI.
• Build advocates and cultivate multi-threaded relationships at senior levels, including C-Level and VP.
• Own pre-sale contract conversations and negotiations.
• Experiment with new processes and adapt to changing customer environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Development, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product) to achieve sales outcomes.
