About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end design of self-serve and enterprise education experiences for Superhuman Go
- Define and evolve user journeys for student, instructor, and educational admin personas
- Design enterprise-ready agent configuration and control surfaces, including feature enablement, data management, and model choices
- Create trustworthy experiences around data protection, integrations, identity, audit logs, and agent-access transparency
- Design polished interfaces and interactions across end-user and admin experiences
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and Security teams to align on trade-offs, resolve issues, and improve enterprise AI experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of product design experience owning complex, cross-surface problems end to end
- Staff-level ability to set direction, influence partners, and raise quality beyond individual projects
- Experience designing AI-native products and interactions involving model behavior, uncertainty, constraints, and user trust
- Deep curiosity about emerging AI-native products and experiences
- Strong design craft, polished UI, thoughtful interaction design, and attention to detail demonstrated in a portfolio
- Strong systems-thinking ability across user experience and agent behavior
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage priorities across multiple initiatives
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
- Educational-space experience is a bonus, not a requirement
