About the role

  • Serve as the internal lead for measurement initiatives across NA and EMEA, project managing and executing end-to-end measurement studies from briefing to debrief
  • Work with Head of Data & Insight to track pacing, costs, resource allocation, proposals and benchmarking across studies
  • Manage day to day relationships with external panel-based measurement vendors
  • Integrate audience-led approach within measurement and collaborate cross-functionally to apply findings into campaigns and business strategies
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards showcasing the effectiveness of campaigns for internal and external clients
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients for campaign optimization
  • Synthesize diverse datasets from across SuperAwesome’s estate to demonstrate the company’s effectiveness
  • Advise Product and Data Engineering teams on integration of measurement and insights into products
  • Use a wide range of research and analytical tools including AI to extract, analyse and interpret data and create actionable outputs
  • Support the NA Senior Insights Manager with pre- and post-sales enablement and respond to data requests
  • Support the D&I team with strong statistical skills and mentor and grow junior team members

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, specializing in quantitative market research and advanced statistical analysis
  • Track record of quantitative data analysis in the consumer measurement space
  • Proficient in R, SQL and SPSS/Q (DisplayR a major benefit)
  • Python and/or TypeScript a bonus
  • Proven ability to work closely with data teams, data warehouses and SQL databases to join up data sets
  • Experience with using modern AI-based tools to boost effectiveness and speed of data analysis and data-driven storytelling
  • Experienced in panel based ad measurement
  • Strong statistical skills
  • Data storytelling and ability to present to a range of internal and external audiences
  • Organized and proactive project management skills, able to juggle multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external teams
  • Excellent oral and written data-led communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring junior members
  • Genuine curiosity for kids and teen behavior; knowledge of the youth digital ecosystem a major plus
