About the role
- Conduct weekly meetings with clients to monitor HubSpot implementations and improvements;
- Configure basic tasks and automations (workflows, forms, lists, and pipelines) across the Marketing, Sales, and Service modules;
- Provide technical support to clients, resolving questions and issues in a consultative manner;
- Maintain governance and organization of HubSpot accounts and databases;
- Assist in client education and training to promote autonomy and best practices;
- Document lessons learned and propose continuous improvements to the CRM operation.
Requirements
- Previous experience with HubSpot, especially in the Marketing, Sales, and Service modules;
- Experience with CRM implementation, configuration, or governance;
- Basic knowledge of automations and workflows in HubSpot;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to understand client problems and propose appropriate solutions.
