Accountant

• Independent handling of ongoing financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets accounting
• Responsible for invoice processes: posting incoming and outgoing invoices, maintaining open items, preparing payment proposals, and managing dunning procedures
• Bank, cash & travel expenses: posting bank transactions and cash entries, processing payment advices, and conducting formal review and booking of travel expense reports
• Reconciliations & analyses: preparation of accounts receivable aging reports, forwarding dunning lists to Sales/Receivables Management, and performing intercompany reconciliations
• Digital accounting processes: support and further development of workflows in the document management system (ELO or SAP is an advantage but not mandatory)

• Annual financial statements and group reporting: You independently prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (and in the future also IFRS) and ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards.
• Account reconciliations and reporting: You perform account reconciliations and prepare accurate, timely reports for management and company leadership.
• Intercompany reconciliations: You are responsible for reconciling and settling transactions within the group and ensure smooth handling of intercompany processes.
• Process optimization: You identify opportunities to improve accounting and closing processes and actively contribute to optimizing internal workflows.
• Point of contact for audits: You act as the primary contact for auditors and tax advisors and independently support the annual audit process.
• Project participation: Help us implement a new finance system landscape (SAP S/4HANA) for the entire corporate group!

• Independent handling of employee entries and exits (onboarding/offboarding), including continuous optimization of the associated processes
• Operational processing of all administrative HR procedures across the employee lifecycle (e.g., preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, employment references, certificates)
• Responsible for maintaining and managing personnel files and HR systems, including document management and data quality
• Close collaboration with payroll, including preparatory tasks for payroll and coordination with external service providers

• The IT Service Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical support as well as troubleshooting and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems within the company.
• In this role, you will ensure that all IT resources operate efficiently and that users receive timely and professional support.
