About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Independent handling of ongoing financial accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets accounting
Responsible for invoice processes: posting incoming and outgoing invoices, maintaining open items, preparing payment proposals, and managing dunning procedures
Bank, cash & travel expenses: posting bank transactions and cash entries, processing payment advices, and conducting formal review and booking of travel expense reports
Reconciliations & analyses: preparation of accounts receivable aging reports, forwarding dunning lists to Sales/Receivables Management, and performing intercompany reconciliations
Digital accounting processes: support and further development of workflows in the document management system (ELO or SAP is an advantage but not mandatory)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in financial accounting, especially in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets accounting
Alternatively: tax-related vocational training with a focus on accounting
Confident in invoice and payment processing: posting incoming and outgoing invoices, dunning, executing payment runs, and bank and cash postings
Routine in reconciliations and analyses, e.g., aging schedules, intercompany reconciliations, or open items analyses
Structured, digitally oriented way of working with openness to document management systems (e.g., ELO, SAP), and strong team- and process-awareness
