Account Manager

• Manage assigned territories and close new business by building trusted relationships with Data Center Operators and/or Facility Managers
• Identify opportunities and convert them into sales
• Demonstrate the monetary value of Sunbird products and services
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure territory success
• Manage enterprise customer relationships
• Hunt for new business opportunities and consult with prospective customers on mutually beneficial solutions
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives through pipeline development and high win rate
• Lead solution development efforts addressing end-user needs while coordinating relevant company resources
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for new and existing accounts
• Use proactive and consultative selling methods to improve market share, revenue growth, and profitability
• Provide regular CRM updates to senior management on customer account status and performance
• Participate in industry and promotional events, including trade shows and conferences, to cultivate customer relationships
• Perform other duties as assigned
