About the role

  • Manage the administrative and support functions between Sunbelt and Games stakeholders, including legal, human resources, finance, sustainability, compliance, credentialing and safety
  • Ensure team members are actively engaged, thoroughly communicating, and delivering between the organizations
  • Includes project tracking, reporting, and other deliverables required as part of the game’s partnership
  • Understand the needs of the various Games stakeholders
  • Manage the relationship between Games Stakeholders and ensure deliverables are executed on time
  • Liaise with Marketing, Operations, and other key areas
  • Manage internal and external reporting and cadence including project financials, partnership programs, safety, sustainability, and other key functions
  • Liaison between other Sunbelt divisions (Operations, Marketing, Rental Operations) and provide recommendations on best ways to navigate the landscape to ensure successful delivery of the games and overall Sunbelt project financials
  • Provide recurring updates internally to the leadership team including, but not limited to, rebate tracking, value-in-kind (VIK) tracking, compliance/governance, and project performance

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in large sporting Games including FIFA World Cups, and other international competitions
  • Experience interfacing with organizing committees at both global and local levels
  • Positive and professional demeanor with the ability to interface with customers as well as internal stakeholders
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills with heavy attention to detail required
  • Ability to effectively work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency with MS applications. (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Wynne experience not required but heavily preferred
