About the role

  • Partner with Sales to identify technical requirements during the pre-sales process
  • Design and communicate scalable system architectures for customer deployments
  • Translate business objectives into technical integration strategies
  • Build trust with prospects by answering technical questions and demonstrating solution feasibility
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery
  • First-month: shadow sales calls, map technical requirements for active deals, and establish repeatable frameworks for scoping integration requirements
  • 90-day OKRs: accelerate closure of 5+ enterprise deals, deliver scalable architecture recommendations for 100% of enterprise opportunities, and build a repeatable technical playbook for sales engineering engagements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting
  • Strong technical expertise across APIs, integrations, and system architecture
  • Proven ability to support enterprise sales cycles and accelerate deal closures
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Operates independently and thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
  • Experience with healthcare integrations (EHR, FHIR, HL7) (nice-to-have)
  • Background in SaaS, middleware, or large-scale enterprise integrations (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA (nice-to-have)
  • Must not require visa sponsorship (posting states they are unable to sponsor new visas)
