About the role

  • Lead strategic transformation of business processes across S&C through implementation of a modern ERP system
  • Develop and own an ERP business roadmap aligned with S&C’s goals and identify supporting software solutions
  • Define, document, and modernize future-state global business processes across all S&C locations
  • Act as central portfolio owner of process plans and ensure interaction with the ERP system
  • Design and oversee a comprehensive portfolio and project management framework for ERP initiatives
  • Ensure strategic alignment, governance, milestone tracking, and resource optimization across the ERP program
  • Direct a team of 4–5 Business Process Managers, each responsible for different process domains (e.g., MRP, production execution, procurement)
  • Partner with key business leaders to translate functional needs to Process Managers and prioritize functionality during system design
  • Oversee project planning, execution, governance, reporting, and benefits tracking for ERP-related initiatives
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to integrate customer requirements into product and process design
  • Implement mechanisms for capturing and analyzing ERP metrics and system-driven improvements to business metrics like profitability and inventory efficiency
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, manage recruitment, performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and succession planning
  • Provide thought leadership and best-practice direction and ensure compliance with content standards, brand guidelines, and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing
  • Proven track record in leading and managing successful enterprise ERP implementation across multiple business functions and geographies
  • Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and large-scale implementation programs
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end business process design, especially in manufacturing, supply chain, and operations
  • Expertise in project management methodologies tailored for customer-focused initiatives
  • Advanced business acumen with extensive knowledge of various manufacturing performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience in gathering and evaluating key data
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the quality assurance function
  • Excellent project leadership skills able to lead project teams through ambiguity and changing business needs
  • Strong leadership skills to lead, guide, motivate, delegate, build teams, embrace change, drive decisions and results
  • Sound interpersonal skills to establish meaningful relationships, navigate and resolve conflict, and foster collaborative working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, and presentation) and ability to influence senior leadership
  • Sound financial acumen and numerical ability to manage budgetary resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), including excellent Excel skills and experience using Power BI
  • Preferred: Experience in a large (2+ billion-dollar revenue) B2B manufacturing company
  • Preferred: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP)
