• Own customer relationships with mid-market and enterprise accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and troubleshooting to ensure customers fully understand the platform and are utilizing it to its maximum potential.
• Address and resolve any customer issues, ensuring quick resolutions and maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Work closely with the product team to ensure customer needs are being met and to influence product roadmap decisions based on customer feedback.

• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and map workflows to Suger’s APIs and integrations

• Troubleshoot API issues, investigate logs, validate configurations, and support escalations
• Collaborate with Engineering to reproduce issues and ensure clear technical handoffs

QA Engineer

• Own the QA strategy across manual, automated, regression, and integration testing.
• Contribute to hands-on testing and the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks, infrastructure, and tools.
• Develop and execute test plans for new features, APIs, and end-to-end workflows.
• Embed QA into development cycles, ensuring clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.

Technical Support Specialist

Designer

• Own the end-to-end user experience design process, from research and prototyping to development and testing.
• Create user journey maps, user flows, and wireframes that guide the product’s functionality.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities, then translate those findings into intuitive design solutions.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces, ensuring they are both user-friendly and meet product requirements.
• Utilize standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and similar to create prototypes and interactive designs.
