• Own revenue operations across sales, partnerships, customer success, and finance-facing GTM workflows.
• Build systems that help the revenue team operate faster and make better decisions, including agents, workflows, skills, and automations.
• Translate business problems into operational systems across forecasting, account prioritization, renewal tracking, pipeline risk, customer expansion, and sales execution.
• Partner with FP&A and accounting to connect revenue performance, bookings, ARR, retention, cash impact, and planning.
• Create lightweight processes that improve decision-making without unnecessary bureaucracy.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, reconciliations, expense management, and month-end close

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-reported bugs, issues, and technical questions
• Triage incoming support requests: gather context, reproduce issues where possible, and prioritize by impact
• Write clear, structured bug reports and feature requests for the Engineering and Product teams
• Communicate status updates and resolutions back to customers in a timely, professional manner
• Identify patterns in recurring issues and surface them proactively to the product team
• Maintain and improve support documentation, FAQs, and internal runbooks
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth handoffs between reactive support and proactive success work

• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements and map workflows to Suger’s APIs, integrations, and AI-powered automation.
• Lead technical discovery, demos, walkthroughs, and AI-enabled proof-of-concepts, helping customers understand how intelligent workflows fit into their systems.
• Troubleshoot API issues, investigate logs, validate configurations, and support escalations across both traditional services and AI-backed components.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to reproduce issues, debug complex systems, and ensure clear technical handoffs.
• Partner with Product and Customer Success to surface customer needs, especially around AI reliability, explainability, and automation, and influence the roadmap.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and sample code for APIs, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.
• Translate complex technical and AI-related concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the Sales Team by aligning on technical details throughout the deal cycle, including positioning AI-driven value in customer conversations.
