• We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (m/f/d) with strong product thinking and a high bar for craft
• Own product problems from early exploration through delivery and iteration, with clear responsibility for outcomes
• Frame problems clearly, define goals, and make design decisions with explicit reasoning and tradeoffs
• Design high-quality interaction and visual experiences with strong hierarchy, clarity, and attention to detail
• Balance detail and direction by knowing when to zoom in and when to zoom out to maintain coherence across the product
• Actively raise the quality and consistency of our visual design, interaction patterns, and overall design language
• Help shape and evolve our Design System so new work strengthens the product as a whole
