• Continue expanding our network with major media agencies while simultaneously strengthening direct client business.
• Negotiate at eye level — whether with media decision-makers, CMOs, or heads of HR.
• Stay close to the market: regularly participate in client meetings, events, and pitches.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data to develop data-driven campaign solutions that deliver real impact.

• Analyze funnels & user behavior — leverage deep insights to optimize LTV:CAC and uncover opportunities
• Run rapid experiments — develop hypotheses, build landing pages, test creative iterations, run A/B tests and learn
• Drive campaigns from idea to launch — independently execute projects and take cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1
• Develop reporting & decision frameworks — monitor channel performance, attribution & retention (GA4/Amplitude + AppsFlyer)
• Own copy, briefs & creative execution — launch, measure, optimize and iterate campaigns
