About the role
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients in the education sector
- Conduct cold and warm calls
- Qualify leads and arrange initial meetings
- Systematically build and develop a structured sales pipeline
- Prepare and send proposals using templates
- Prepare presentation materials
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations
- Maintain and update the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Manage data across the education segment
- Support forecasting and reporting
- Take responsibility for own clients and revenue
- Build an independent client portfolio
- Independently manage individual accounts
- Continue developing within the education segment
Requirements
- Some experience in B2B sales, ideally from working-student or junior roles
- Enjoy prospecting and direct customer contact
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Interest in sales processes and funnel logic
- Confident use of digital tools (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace)
- Excellent German (C1 / native); English is a plus
- Motivation to grow in sales and take on responsibility
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn
