About the role
- You ensure that the CRM, tools, KPIs and processes are properly set up — and keep pace with our growth.
- Operational responsibility for our CRM (HubSpot).
- Maintain clean lead and account structures and continuous data quality.
- Establish clear pipeline logic and support automation efforts.
- Manage and optimize our sales and business development tools (e.g., Aircall).
- User management, permission handling and tool setup.
- Interface management between CRM, tracking and reporting systems.
- Analyze core sales metrics and further develop dashboards.
- Prepare performance data for management and leadership.
- Identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Support business reviews, growth initiatives and strategic scaling projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data, Marketing, or equivalent qualification.
- Initial practical experience in startups, consulting, growth, CRM, or operations.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid numerical aptitude.
- Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Ideally experience with CRM systems (especially HubSpot) and sales tools.
- Fluent German and good English skills.
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
- Eagerness to take responsibility for systems, processes and scaling.
