About the role
- Cold calling & consulting: You contact new leads every day — either individual users (B2C) or companies (B2B) — and excite them about our offerings.
- Flexible sales role: Depending on your strengths and interests, your focus will be on B2C or B2B.
- Closing deals: You conduct sales conversations with a clear focus on closing.
- Pipeline & CRM management: You diligently maintain leads and ensure professional follow-up.
- Feedback & optimization: You provide insights into customer needs to help improve campaigns and products.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in call centers, telephone sales, promotion, or B2B sales.
- Enthusiasm for phone-based sales: You enjoy making calls, meeting new people, and selling proactively.
- Strong communication skills: You are articulate, persuasive, and convey a positive presence on the phone.
- Sales drive & goal orientation: You aim not only to hit but to exceed your targets.
- Empathy & audience understanding: You can relate to both students and business decision-makers.
- Resilience: A "no" motivates you to perform even better.
- Language skills: Native-level German and good English skills.
