💰 $100,500 - $165,600 per year
About the role
- Mentor and lead a team of ProAssure Specialists responsible for administration of Vocera solutions
- Provide direction, growth, and continuous development for the team
- Share findings and build close ties with technical account managers and other teams
- Create, implement, and monitor processes for consistency and knowledge sharing
- Maintain positive relationships with customer contract sponsors
- Collaborate to write, review, and deliver Statement of Works (SOWs)
- Perform system administration including database maintenance and troubleshooting
- Provide motivation through regular communications and reports
Requirements
- Bachelors in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Technology, Business, or equivalent degree
- Minimum 6 years clinical or healthcare IT (HIT) industry experience with 2 of those years direct people management
- US Citizenship required
- Demonstrated account management or customer success experience (preferred)
- Experience working with the Department of Defense (DOD) and Veterans Affairs (VA) health systems (preferred)
