About the role
- Partner closely with Sales Representative(s) to learn medical device industry
- Assist in marketing and promotion of Stryker products
- Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruction
- Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use
- Identify sales opportunities and maintain customer relationships
- Tailor promotional messaging based on customer knowledge
- Build inventory levels to meet customer needs
- Resolve issues and partner in customer purchase order processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s degree or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT, etc.) + at least 2 years of professional and/or related experience
- High School Diploma + at least 4 years of professional and/or related experience
- 4+ years of active duty military service
