- Manage the operational and direct auto purchase sales processes of a specific metropolitan region
- Inquire, sign, and set up new direct auto dealers
- Manage and maintain dealer relationships
- Train dealer personnel
- Update senior leaders on industry trends
- Address dealer service issues
- Manage risk relative to position
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED from accredited institution
- 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or related field
- Ability to be effective in product / service presentation, negotiation and final closings
- Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision, self-starter
- Ability to be effective in dealer servicing and retention
