About the role
- Play a pivotal role in elevating the impact of communications by leading the creative vision and execution of engaging, innovative content.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design compelling visual and multimedia assets.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process—from concept development to final production.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing creative environment that inspires innovation while maintaining consistency across all employee communication channels.
- Lead creative strategy that aligns with NV Division priorities and communication goals.
- Manage creative production of high-quality visual and multimedia content.
- Act as mentor across communications team, providing feedback and professional development.
- Partner closely with Communications, Marketing, Leadership and other stakeholders to translate objectives into creative solutions.
- Explore and recommend new creative formats, tools, and technologies to enhance employee engagement.
- Oversee creative project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Review and approve creative work for accuracy and alignment with communication goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is needed to be a qualified candidate for this role.
- 10+ years of professional experience is needed for this position.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in creative design and/or agency graphic design and art-direction experience
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative vision, design expertise and effective storytelling.
- 4+ years direct people leading experience strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of experience managing creative teams, vendors and cross-functional partnerships.
- Prior experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
