• Responsible for integrating artificial intelligence and automation into work processes
• Identify manual or inefficient workflows
• Develop automated solutions
• Ensure the sensible and effective use of AI tools across the company
• Work closely with management and all teams
• Play a central role in the further development of internal systems and procedures
• Analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities
• Document and structure workflows and automations
• Continuously evaluate new AI tools and technologies

AI Operations Manager

Creative Strategist

• You support the analysis of our clients' social ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok and learn to derive meaningful optimization approaches
• You assist with the daily management of campaign setups in Meta Business Manager and gain hands‑on experience in campaign management
• Together with the Creative team you work on strategies for content formats, hooks and messaging approaches
• You assist with content planning and with briefing creators and designers
• You help ensure that campaign concepts are successfully implemented and continuously developed — with a focus on learning and growth

Junior Creative Strategist – Full-time

• Conduct initial conversations and sales calls with qualified e-commerce companies
• Guide partners through the entire sales process – from first contact to closing
• Analyze clients' needs and challenges and develop appropriate solutions
• Prepare bespoke proposals and present services at decision-maker level
• Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM and ensure documentation of all activities
• Work closely with the founding team and contribute your own optimization ideas
• Build long-term relationships with exciting brands in the DACH region
