• Du erstellst, zusammen mit unserem Creative Strategy Team, verkaufspsychologisch optimierte Content Briefings, die von den Creatorn umgesetzt werden

Performance Marketing

• Erstellung von Creatives (Static, Video und Animationen) für Social Advertising Kampagnen auf Facebook, Instagram und TikTok
• Konzeption von Creative Konzepten zusammen mit dem Strategy Team, die sich von der Masse abheben
• Ständige Suche nach aktuellen Trends und Einbringung eigener kreativer Ideen

Senior Creative Designer, Paid Social

Creative Strategist

• You support the analysis of our clients' social ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok and derive meaningful optimization approaches.
• You assist with the daily management of campaign setups in Meta Business Manager and gain experience in campaign management.
• Together with the creative team, you work on strategies for content formats, hooks, and messaging approaches.
• You assist with content planning and briefing creators and designers.

Sales Executive

Video Editor

• You create creatives (static, video & animations) for social advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok — with a clear focus on video
• You independently implement creative concepts developed together with the Creative Strategy team
• You develop and produce variations of existing creatives to evolve ongoing campaigns
• You produce short-form video ads (UGC-style, native ads, founder ads, meme formats, cutdowns)
• You edit and optimize video footage (editing, motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, sound)
• You prepare UGC and creator content for paid social and adapt it to platform requirements
• You ensure consistent brand impact in line with existing brand guidelines
• You work closely with the Creative Strategy team and implement feedback efficiently
• You contribute your own creative ideas and develop visual approaches that stand out from the competition
• You continuously monitor trends, formats and visual styles on social media and incorporate them into creative execution
• You support building and maintaining creative libraries and best-practice collections
• You ensure high quality and clean execution even with a high creative output

Video Editor – Paid Social

• You conduct initial meetings and sales calls with qualified e‑commerce companies and identify their growth opportunities
• You guide prospective partners through the entire sales process — from first contact to closing
• You analyze clients’ needs and challenges and develop appropriate solutions together with our Performance team
• You create tailored proposals and present our services to decision‑makers
• You maintain and develop our sales pipeline in the CRM and ensure thorough documentation of all activities
• You work closely with the founding team and contribute your own ideas to optimize our sales processes
• You build long‑term relationships with exciting brands across the DACH region
