Account Executive

• Conduct initial conversations and sales calls with qualified e-commerce companies
• Guide partners through the entire sales process – from first contact to closing
• Analyze clients' needs and challenges and develop appropriate solutions
• Prepare bespoke proposals and present services at decision-maker level

• Du erstellst Creatives (Static, Video & Animationen) für Social-Advertising-Kampagnen auf Facebook, Instagram und TikTok – mit klarem Fokus auf Video
• Du setzt Creative-Konzepte eigenständig um, die gemeinsam mit dem Creative Strategy Team entwickelt werden
• Du entwickelst und produzierst Variationen bestehender Creatives zur Weiterentwicklung laufender Kampagnen
• Du setzt Short-Form Video Ads um (UGC-Style, Native Ads, Founder-Ads, Meme-Formate, Cutdowns)
• Du bearbeitest und optimierst Videomaterial (Schnitt, Motion Graphics, Textanimationen, Untertitel, Sound)
• Du bereitest UGC- und Creator-Content für Paid Social auf und adaptierst diesen plattformgerecht
• Du achtest auf eine konsistente Markenwirkung unter Berücksichtigung bestehender Brand Guidelines
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Creative Strategy Team zusammen und setzt Feedback effizient um
• Du bringst eigene kreative Ideen ein und entwickelst visuelle Ansätze, die sich vom Wettbewerb abheben
• Du beobachtest kontinuierlich Trends, Formate und visuelle Stile auf Social Media und bringst diese in die Creative-Umsetzung ein
• Du unterstützt beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Creative-Libraries und Best-Practice-Sammlungen
• Du stellst eine hohe Qualität und saubere Umsetzung bei hohem Creative-Output sicher

• You support the founder in day-to-day operations: planning, prioritization, organization and structured preparation of meetings, documents and decisions
• Travel & appointment organization: train and flight bookings, calendar management, hotel coordination, event planning
• Office and administrative tasks: support with bookkeeping (receipt processing), document management, collecting and maintaining documents, coordination with the tax advisor and accounting
• HR support: assistance in the recruiting process, scheduling interviews, communication with candidates, preparing onboarding and maintaining employee records
• Communication & coordination: point of contact between the founder, team, external partners and service providers
• Operational support: organizing team events, preparing internal processes, maintaining tools and systems, and handling small projects to relieve management
• You proactively identify tasks, prioritize them and ensure the founder can keep their head clear
