About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You create creatives (static, video & animations) for social advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok — with a clear focus on video
- You independently implement creative concepts developed together with the Creative Strategy team
- You develop and produce variations of existing creatives to evolve ongoing campaigns
- You produce short-form video ads (UGC-style, native ads, founder ads, meme formats, cutdowns)
- You edit and optimize video footage (editing, motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, sound)
- You prepare UGC and creator content for paid social and adapt it to platform requirements
- You ensure consistent brand impact in line with existing brand guidelines
- You work closely with the Creative Strategy team and implement feedback efficiently
- You contribute your own creative ideas and develop visual approaches that stand out from the competition
- You continuously monitor trends, formats and visual styles on social media and incorporate them into creative execution
- You support building and maintaining creative libraries and best-practice collections
- You ensure high quality and clean execution even with a high creative output
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have a degree or vocational training in Design, Marketing or Communications — or you can convince us with strong work samples and references
- You have experience with common Adobe Creative Cloud programs, especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- You are advanced in Premiere Pro and After Effects, particularly for short-form video and motion graphics
- You have a strong sense for creative design, visual storytelling and current social media trends
- You are eager to contribute your own ideas and actively shape creative concepts
- You combine creativity with an understanding of marketing, brand presence and audience needs
- You can quickly familiarize yourself with new brands, products and target audiences
- You work independently, in a structured and responsible way with a strong hands-on mentality
- You are open to feedback and can integrate it efficiently into your work
- You enjoy working in a team and collaborating closely with creative strategists and other creatives
- You keep an overview and maintain high quality standards even with high creative output
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
