About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You support the analysis of our clients' social ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok and derive meaningful optimization approaches.
You assist with the daily management of campaign setups in Meta Business Manager and gain experience in campaign management.
Together with the creative team, you work on strategies for content formats, hooks, and messaging approaches.
You assist with content planning and briefing creators and designers.
You contribute to the successful implementation and continuous development of campaign concepts — with a focus on learning and growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a comparable qualification — or you bring relevant practical experience.
Initial experience in digital marketing, social media, or creative strategy (internships, student positions, projects) is a plus.
You have a good understanding of social media trends and an interest in understanding and applying paid social mechanics.
You work in a structured way, are eager to learn, and have a hands-on mentality.
Good written and spoken German and English skills.
