About the role
- Define and drive the strategic vision for Treasury Financial Accounts, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the core user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative money management features that are reliable and scalable.
- Engage with go-to-market teams to ensure the strategic direction is aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.
- Identify and articulate the unique value propositions of these capabilities for diverse user types, from startups to global enterprises.
- Deeply understand the financial management needs of our diverse user base and how they can benefit from robust money management capabilities.
- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with Stripe’s broader vision and market demands.
- Drive product development processes from ideation to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-value experiences for our users.
- Work closely with engineering, design, legal, and other teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment across all phases of product development and launch.
- Advocate for the Treasury Financial Accounts vision internally and externally, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management or related experience with a strong track record of launching impactful finance or payments products.
- Experience in developing and executing product strategies that involve complex financial systems or regulations.
- Ability to navigate and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and time zones.
- Experience in treasury services or financial account management. (Preferred)
- Founder background or experience in early-stage startup environments. (Preferred)
- A strong understanding of international payments, FX, and compliance. (Preferred)
- Background in building platforms with multiparty transaction capabilities. (Preferred)
