Solutions Engineer

• Present Streamline solutions to potential and current customers
• Attend trade shows and be part of the product demonstration team
• Assist with new business sales via product demonstration
• Work closely with other functional areas including Product Management, Engineering, Implementation, and Support
• Interact with potential customers to provide optimal solutions for healthcare technology automation requirements
• Actively participate in the completion of RFP’s and RFI’s
• Demonstrate SmartCare solution to prospective customers
• Maintain active relationships with Streamline Product Management and Engineering leaders
• Conduct needs assessments to identify organizational EHR requirements

Solutions Consultant

Product Manager

• Lead the strategic evolution of the SmartCare™ EHR to support whole-person care across behavioral health and integrated physical health settings
• Define the product vision while remaining hands-on with strategy execution, including requirements definition, use case documentation, workflow design, UI/UX review, and customer engagement
• Collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and market partners to deliver innovative capabilities
• Supervise up to ten employees and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
• Interviewing, hiring and training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Senior Director of Product Management, Primary Care, Rx & Inpatient Solutions

• Translate market opportunities, product gaps, regulatory needs, and workflow improvement opportunities into a prioritized roadmap
• Lead user groups with clinicians and operational leaders; synthesize insights into clear problem statements and use cases
• Define success metrics and work with customers to document value stories
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, business stakeholders, and end-users to prioritize product enhancements
• Ensure the EHR product complies with healthcare regulations and patient safety standards
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends for continuous improvement
