- Achieve annual revenue targets for Workday and associated services
- Collaborate with Delivery Leader and Solution Architecture leaders
- Coach and support a team of sales executives on deal strategy
- Identify and generate demand in new markets
- Lead the development of sales plans targeting organizations
- Set and execute the sales strategy for designated focus areas
- Demonstrate strong sales strategy capabilities
- Manage and optimize client-level cost of sale
- Gather and share market intelligence on products and services
- Maximize the use of approved sales tools
Requirements
- 10 years of managing and leading a sales team
- Extensive knowledge and experience with ERP and/or Cloud technology, specifically Workday
- Excellent selling and sales strategy skills, including the ability to close opportunities
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Internal and External communication skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Familiarity with consultative selling and ERP cloud landscape
