Diagnose and redesign HR and operating models including role clarity, span of control, governance structures, and service delivery models.
Facilitate process mapping and optimization sessions to document current state, identify pain points, and design streamlined, tech-enabled future-state workflows.
Develop strategic recommendations for talent, service delivery, technology enablement, and organizational structure aligned to business goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on topics including shared services, digital HR adoption, workforce planning, and capability development.
Support program strategy and planning, including roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, and business case articulation.
Lead the development and execution of change strategies including stakeholder engagement, communications, leadership alignment, and organizational readiness.
Develop and implement change and communication plans tailored to the client’s culture, risk profile, and transformation objectives.
Create and deliver end-user training strategies including curriculum design, instructional materials, and enablement tools.
Use data and analytics to measure change adoption and adjust strategies in real time to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
Serve as a strategic partner to clients navigating high-impact change, ensuring they adopt leading practices and build internal change capability.
Independently manage workstreams or small-to-medium sized engagements, including timelines, resources, scope, and deliverables.
Build strong, credible relationships with client stakeholders, including C-suite, HR/Finance leaders, and functional teams.
Contribute to business development efforts including proposal development, pricing of services, and identification of upsell opportunities during engagements.
Support practice development initiatives such as methodology enhancements, knowledge sharing, and team mentoring.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Change Management or relevant field of study
8+ years of experience in consulting, HR transformation and change management.
3+ years of experience in a consulting environment or comparable client-facing role advising clients
Change management experience directly related to cloud-based technology adoption
Excellent project management and communication skills (i.e., presentation, facilitation, prioritization)
Strong writing skills in multiple formats, including digital and live-session communications experience
Ability to communicate complex cultural, behavioral, role and/or process changes clearly and succinctly
Ability to remain flexible, quickly learn and adapt
Motivated self-starter with strong time management skills
Aptitude to work collaboratively in an ambiguous environment, diligently applying team standards in day-to-day work
Strong skills in MS Office applications
Travel will vary by project. However, as this is a client-facing role, travel of 15-30% may be needed during peak periods.
Preferred Certifications such as Prosci, SHRM, ASTD, etc.
Experience supporting deployments of cloud-based Human Capital Management and Financials-enabling technologies such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors
Familiarity with HR and/or Finance Transformation
Some consulting-based sales experience as a participant in various phases of the sales cycle such as RFP responses and sales presentations.
