About the role
- Conduct a comprehensive Gender, Youth, and Human Rights (GYHR) Analysis
- Develop the Gender Strategy for the SAY-SRHR project
- Provide expert technical guidance and analytical insights
- Collaborate with World Renew staff, project partners, and community stakeholders
- Lead the GYHR analysis and gender strategy development
- Design qualitative and participatory data collection tools
- Produce comprehensive reports and recommend strategies aligning with GAC standards
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Gender Studies, Public Health, International Development, or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience conducting gender analyses, ideally in SRHR or youth-focused programs
- Proven expertise in gender-transformative and participatory methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to engage youth, communities, and institutions in rights-based approaches
- Strong communication and facilitation skills in cross-cultural contexts
- Prior experience with faith-based or community-driven development is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of Bangla is an advantage
