• The Business Applications & Systems Manager is responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of IT platforms across a multi-site humanitarian organization.
• Ensure secure, reliable operations for North American headquarters and international offices.
• Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to users worldwide.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and safeguard sensitive data.
• Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions for various platforms including Salesforce and Microsoft 365.

• Manage assigned requisitions from intake through pre-offer stage.
• Support hiring managers by developing and/or refining job postings using WR templates.
• Conduct sourcing, posting, screening, and advancing candidates in Breezy HR.
• Prepare interview tools, knockout questions, and related materials in consultation with HR Generalists and/or Global HR Coordinator.
• Ensure recruitment processes follow HR policies, internal equity practices, and safeguarding protocols.
• Maintain compliance with recruitment best practices and confidentiality standards across regions.
• Coordinate all interview logistics, including briefing meetings, panel communications, and pre-interview preparation.
• Support hiring managers with ATS navigation, tracking, and documentation.
• Ensure timely candidate communication using approved message templates.
• Track recruitment timelines, deadlines, and process milestones for reporting.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and support required audit readiness.
• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating panel and candidate availability.
• Generate Breezy HR interview links, set up MS Teams meetings, and secure room bookings where applicable.
• Ensure all interviews, including multi-panel and multi-stage are accurately reflected in the ATS.
• Monitor scheduling conflicts and follow escalation paths when needed.
• Track completion of post-interview scoring sheets and ensure feedback is returned within established timelines.

Account Manager

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors within an assigned region to increase financial support.
• Strengthen engagement and cultivate new major gift opportunities.
• Deliver on an annual fundraising plan aligned with team strategy.
• Implement donor development strategies through personalized engagement.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned donors and execute individualized engagement plans.
• Research donor history, giving capacity, and demographic information to build comprehensive donor profiles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated donor engagement.
• Identify, qualify, and cultivate prospects for major gifts and planned giving.
• Develop and implement moves management strategies for major donors.
• Prepare and present proposals, impact reports, and progress updates to donors.

Donor Relations Manager

• Develop and implement targeted cultivation and stewardship strategies to maintain and grow legacy and planned giving support across all donor levels.
• Manage and steward an assigned portfolio of Joseph Stewards and planned giving prospects, ensuring consistent, personalized communication and engagement.
• Research, identify, and qualify prospective donors for legacy and planned gift opportunities.
• Establish financial goals and strategic plans for planned giving in consultation with the Donor Relations Director and CORE team.
• Accurately record donor interactions, plans, and commitments in the CRM system (Salesforce preferred).

Planned Giving Manager

Consultant

• Conduct interviews and/or focus groups with senior leadership, program stream leaders, regional and country directors, grants staff, and technical support teams.
• Review World Renew strategic, programmatic, and grant-related documentation.
• Analyze historical and current grant portfolios across institutional, foundation, and corporate donors globally.
• Develop a practical implementation roadmap with clear actions, timelines, roles, and resource implications.
• Present findings and recommendations to World Renew leadership and facilitate discussion.
