Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals, in collaboration with other teams in HR.
Identify skills gaps and design strategies to bridge them.
Contribute to upskilling programs based on business needs.
Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate a pipeline of leaders and support succession planning.
Manage the design, implementation, and enhancement of programs/processes related to employee performance and engagement.
Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of talent programs; recommend improvements and share best practices.
Act as a Talent Consultant to HRBPs and business groups, providing expertise in development, succession planning, talent review, organizational development, and change management.
Support change management initiatives, including restructuring, mergers/acquisitions, and cultural transformation.
Requirements
A strong 4-5 years of experience in organizational design and development;
Change management reflexes and high adaptability;
Ability to simplify complex issues;
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills;
Experience in dynamic or high-growth environments;
Basic knowledge of leadership development;
Ability to measure impact and leverage AI when appropriate;
Fluent in English, with at least working proficiency in French (comprehension).
