• - Serve as a strategic and technical resource to our Sales team, assisting in securing new business throughout the sales process from discovery to close.
• - Engage in sales meetings as a technical lead, product consultant, and subject matter expert, navigating technical objections and achieving technical wins with prospects.
• - Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify leads, collect requirements through technical discovery, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and validate opportunities.

• - Present value-led solution demonstrations to prospective customers, translating technical requirements into beneficial business outcomes.

• - Scope solution designs, make configuration recommendations, and outline technical requirements to facilitate a smooth handover to the Implementation team, ensuring customer success.
• - Transition new clients to the Implementation Team by clearly communicating the proposed solution design and providing technical support and context during the onboarding process.
• - Gain an understanding of customer pain points and use cases by industry and job function, leveraging this insight to create tailored solutions.
• - Monitor the competitive landscape to identify product gaps and effectively communicate differentiators.
• - Act as a liaison between Sales and the Product, Implementation, Accounts, and Marketing teams.
• - Work closely with Product and Product Marketing teams to understand the product roadmap, provide customer feedback driven by data, and enable sales teams on upcoming product and integration releases.

Revenue Operations

• We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Product Owner to take full ownership of our commercial tooling, data flows, and insights infrastructure.
• As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you’ll ensure our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate on a best-in-class, scalable system landscape—with HubSpot at the core.
• You’ll act as the product owner for our commercial tech stack, translating business needs into system solutions, prioritizing improvements, and managing integrations and automation.
• HubSpot Ownership
• Serve as the product owner of HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
• Design and optimize user roles, pipelines, properties, lead scoring, workflows, and lifecycle stages.
• Ensure HubSpot structures and processes scale with our growth.
• Tooling & Integrations
• Manage and evolve integrations between HubSpot and key systems (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Slack, etc.).
• Use iPaaS tools (Make.com, Zapier) or APIs to build and maintain automated data flows.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain data integrity and performance.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Own the reporting framework across GTM teams: forecasting, pipeline health, attribution, and lifecycle tracking.
• Maintain consistency in metrics, definitions, and reporting practices.

• Translate business needs into system improvements and workflow automation.
