About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Storyteq’s commercial teams by ensuring the quality, accuracy and reliability of our data in HubSpot.
- Monitor pipeline accuracy, ensuring records are complete and correctly assigned.
- Drive insights from commercial data and document processes for consistency and scalability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Own and maintain HubSpot data quality: deduplication, record completeness, field accuracy, and ownership rules.
- Run regular data audits across HubSpot and connected tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Planhat).
- Support Sales and Client Services forecasting by ensuring pipeline accuracy and flagging anomalies.
- Conduct business analysis in Excel (conversion rates, churn signals, pipeline coverage, campaign performance).
- Document GTM processes and workflows in a RevOps playbook to support consistency and onboarding.
- Support QA and light testing of new automations or CRM workflows.
- Provide ad-hoc operational support to the RevOps team.
