About the role
- Develop the editorial content strategy for our Blogs in eight European markets.
- Own the content process and calendars for a steady flow of great content.
- Brief and manage the creation of short and long form content with agencies.
- Collaborate closely with local market teams and central departments like SEO, CRM, Social Media, and Customer Care.
- Ensure content works across every step of the customer journey.
- Regularly report on content performance and share key successes with the organisation.
- Apply creativity and expertise to bring the brand mission to life for target audiences.
- Join the centralised Content & Organic Social Media Team to build an emotional brand and drive growth across Europe.
Requirements
- Proven strategic thinker with a hands on approach to work.
- Good understanding of the fast changing digital marketing environment.
- Experience working with a CMS, ideally WordPress.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
- Bachelor degree in marketing, media, or communications.
- Experience with web analytics or reporting tools like Adobe Analytics (preferred).
- A good understanding of SEO principles (preferred).
- Knowledge of European languages such as Dutch/Flemish, French, German, Spanish, Swedish, or Norwegian (preferred).
- Legal right to work in the position's country without requiring sponsorship.
- Ability to request reasonable adjustments during interview if required.
