About the role

  • Primary person responsible for defining and executing Stone’s growth strategy within this ecosystem.
  • Responsibilities include developing the go-to-market thesis, launching new business initiatives, and leading the management of key contracts and partnerships with the sector’s most strategic players.
  • Represents Stone institutionally and builds crucial internal alliances with Product, Technology, Marketing and Sales Channels teams, ensuring proper prioritization and demand for the roadmap needed to win in this market.
  • Manages people, guiding the acquisition and onboarding and management of new partnerships.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the Food Service ecosystem;
  • Strong commercial and interpersonal skills;
  • Business vision and financial acumen;
  • Ability to build internal alliances and collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing and Sales Channels teams;
  • Ability to manage and develop the vertical’s Business Development team.
