- Mapping, implementation and optimization of multichannel customer journey workflows
- Planning and execution of ad-hoc campaigns
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs
- Designing, executing and analyzing A/B tests
- Documenting strategies and results of key journeys and campaigns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Acquiring or Payments industry
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Proficiency in Journey Builder, Email Studio and Mobile Studio
- Interest in data analysis and performance optimization
- Analytical, data-driven professional
- Familiarity with SQL for extracting insights.
