About the role

  • Mapping, implementation and optimization of multichannel customer journey workflows
  • Planning and execution of ad-hoc campaigns
  • Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the Acquiring or Payments industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Proficiency in Journey Builder, Email Studio and Mobile Studio
  • Interest in data analysis and performance optimization
  • Analytical, data-driven professional
  • Familiarity with SQL for extracting insights.
