About the role

  • Lead strategic CRM initiatives, ensuring integration with UX and Media teams to drive customer retention, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize relationship strategies based on data and consumer behavior.
  • Manage CRM system integrations with media platforms and digital channels, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs related to campaigns, media performance, and customer engagement, turning data into actionable insights.
  • Oversee the budget for initiatives under your responsibility, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and international stakeholders, presenting results, opportunities, and improvement recommendations.
  • Foster innovation by monitoring market trends in CRM, UX, digital media, and loyalty programs to propose solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in CRM with a proven track record of developing and managing relationship strategies focused on customer retention, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM strategies (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) and e-commerce platforms such as Magento.
  • Experience in user experience (UX) projects with the ability to translate insights into practical actions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to measure results and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a proven record of successfully aligning stakeholders at different levels.
  • Advanced English for interactions and weekly meetings with the international team.
  • Preferred: knowledge of loyalty and points programs.
