Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and international stakeholders, presenting results, opportunities, and improvement recommendations.
Foster innovation by monitoring market trends in CRM, UX, digital media, and loyalty programs to propose solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
Solid experience in CRM with a proven track record of developing and managing relationship strategies focused on customer retention, engagement, and loyalty.
Advanced knowledge of CRM strategies (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) and e-commerce platforms such as Magento.
Experience in user experience (UX) projects with the ability to translate insights into practical actions.
Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to measure results and drive data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a proven record of successfully aligning stakeholders at different levels.
Advanced English for interactions and weekly meetings with the international team.
Preferred: knowledge of loyalty and points programs.
