About the role

  • Own CRM revenue impact across email, push, SMS, newsletters, and in-game messages—from roadmap to execution
  • Drive retention, reactivation, and monetization through CRM-led campaigns in the portfolio of strategy games
  • Scale DTC performance through CRM touchpoints integrated into proprietary platforms like playsupremacy.com
  • Design, implement, and optimize a state-of-the-market CRM tooling stack supporting 360° orchestration
  • Test and ship campaigns across segments, lifecycles, and product touchpoints, benchmarked against incremental LTV and ROI
  • Lead player segmentation and lifecycle automation strategies
  • Onboard new partners and vendors into the CRM ecosystem
  • Embed with Product, Tech, Live Ops, and Analytics to align CRM with product timelines and monetization levers
  • Drive CRM synergies through alignment with Stillfront Group
  • Potential to build and scale a CRM team; report to Head of Product Marketing

Requirements

  • At least five years of practical experience with CRM in a freemium environment
  • Business-savvy with ability to shape strategy and execute
  • Hands-on experience with segmentation, copy review, and campaign QA
  • Experience driving retention, reactivation, and monetization through CRM across email, push, SMS, newsletters, and in-game messages
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate and prioritize CRM projects
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Experience measuring retention improvements and CRM-driven incremental revenue
  • Experience onboarding partners and vendors to CRM ecosystems
  • Comfortable embedding with Product, Tech, Live Ops, and Analytics
  • Nice to have: passion for strategy games or grand strategy; leadership experience
