About the role

  • Own CRM revenue impact across email, push, SMS, newsletters, and in-game messages - from roadmap to execution.
  • Drive retention, reactivation, and monetization through CRM-led campaigns in our portfolio of strategy games.
  • Scale DTC performance through CRM touchpoints integrated into our proprietary platforms like playsupremacy.com.
  • Design, implement, and optimize a state-of-the-market CRM tooling stack that supports 360° orchestration.
  • Test and ship campaigns across segments, lifecycles, and product touchpoints - benchmarked against incremental LTV and ROI.
  • Lead player segmentation and lifecycle automation strategies.
  • Onboard new partners and vendors into our CRM ecosystem.
  • Embed with Product, Tech, Live Ops, and Analytics to align CRM with product timelines and monetization levers.
  • Drive CRM synergies through alignment with Stillfront Group.

Requirements

  • You have at least five years of practical experience with CRM in a freemium environment and consider yourself a business savvy individual.
  • You shape strategy and execute it with excellence.
  • You don’t need permission to start - you ship, test, and iterate.
  • You’re hands-on: segmentation, copy review, campaign QA - all part of your daily rhythm.
  • Your project management skills to coordinate and prioritize new and upcoming CRM projects are nothing to sneeze at.
  • You are an open and confident communicator who knows how to interface with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • You measure yourself regularly along the lines of Retention rate improvements. Measurable incremental revenue delivered through CRM. Share of cross-promoted users and revenues between games. DTC share increases. Tooling and efficiency level ups.
