About the role

  • Closely tracking and analyzing the User Experience of Key Clients
  • Identifying risks of client loss and suggesting retention methods
  • Enhancing the Customer Journey on products and showing initiative
  • Participating in development of systems/programs to increase Key Clients' activity
  • Cooperating with other departments (content group, IT, analytics, customer support, etc.)
  • Maintaining clear and informative records about Key Client experience using services

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (Chinese or Spanish considered a benefit)
  • Experience working in the international sphere (preferably with clients)
  • Ability to navigate time-sensitive situations and adapt to fluctuating circumstances
  • High attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of information quickly
  • Ability to come up with reasonable ideas and provide professional solutions to challenging cases
  • Ability to express professional point of view and persuade others
  • Computer savvy (Internet, G-Suite, MS Office)
  • Higher education (an incomplete higher may work as well)
