About the role
- Closely tracking and analyzing the User Experience of Key Clients
- Identifying risks of client loss and suggesting retention methods
- Enhancing the Customer Journey on products and showing initiative
- Participating in development of systems/programs to increase Key Clients' activity
- Cooperating with other departments (content group, IT, analytics, customer support, etc.)
- Maintaining clear and informative records about Key Client experience using services
Requirements
- Fluent in English (Chinese or Spanish considered a benefit)
- Experience working in the international sphere (preferably with clients)
- Ability to navigate time-sensitive situations and adapt to fluctuating circumstances
- High attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of information quickly
- Ability to come up with reasonable ideas and provide professional solutions to challenging cases
- Ability to express professional point of view and persuade others
- Computer savvy (Internet, G-Suite, MS Office)
- Higher education (an incomplete higher may work as well)
