• Onboard customers onto Taktile and act as a trusted advisor to ensure they get real value from the platform
• Lead complex Taktile deployments in production and own technical delivery across multiple deployments from scoping to stable production
• Design solution architectures, develop decision logic and AI agents, and align with key customer stakeholders
• Scope work, sequence delivery, proactively remove blockers, and make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality to ensure successful and timely project delivery
• Partner with product management to turn customer needs into actionable product insights and influence the product roadmap

• About the role: We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and drive product positioning, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution for Taktile's AI-native decisioning platform. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting directly to our Head of Marketing. You'll be our bridge between product innovation and market success, working closely with customers, sales, and product teams to ensure our solutions resonate in the market and drive revenue growth.
• What you'll do: Drive Customer-Centric Messaging; Spend significant time analyzing sales calls and customer conversations to understand buyer perspectives; Transform technical features into clear value propositions for risk, fraud, and credit leaders; Create compelling one-pagers, solution briefs, and product pages on our website that drive pipeline; Develop positioning that differentiates us from startup competitors and legacy players
• Enable Sales Success: Create sales tools based on what actually wins deals; Build playbooks that accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates
• Lead Product Launches: Drive go-to-market strategy for new AI agents and decisioning capabilities; Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful market adoption; Measure and optimize launch impact on pipeline and revenue; Identify expansion opportunities based on customer success patterns
• Shape Market Strategy: Support analyst relations with Gartner and Forrester; Contribute to thought leadership on AI in financial decisioning; Gather competitive intelligence and maintain battlecards; Partner with content marketing on strategic initiatives

Senior Product Marketing Manager

Taktile exists to create value for organizations through smarter and safer decisions at scale.
As a Customer Value Engineer at Taktile you work with our customers to maximize the value they get from the platform.
Work in partnership with Taktile's Sales and Solutions Team and ensure our customers maximize value from Taktile throughout their lifecycle.
Support customers in maximizing value from the Taktile platform through ideating, sparring and exploring potential to optimize decisioning from a technical as much as business perspective.
Collaborate with Taktile’s Account Executive and Solution Engineers to build strong relationships with executive level stakeholders as well as Taktile’s core users within customer teams.
Develop deep understanding of the Taktile platform and the business value it can unlock for the customer portfolio you manage.
Orchestrate and drive customer renewals and identify potential for new use cases throughout the customer lifecycle.
Work with product and engineering teams to translate knowledge of customer problems into product insights to ensure customers can use Taktile to solve their business problems.
Open to hybrid work model and can work from our NYC office at least three days per week.
